About the Role

Are you a seasoned care professional looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a Senior Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate appointments and reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Mentor and supervise staff, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • A degree in Social Care or a related field (QQI Level 7 or equivalent).
  • Minimum three years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the Health or Social Care sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
