  • Coordinate appointments with the multi-disciplinary team, prioritizing tasks effectively.

As Manager of Service Delivery, you will be responsible for creating person-centred care plans, promoting health, reviewing and updating personal risk assessments as necessary. You will also enable residents to have choice and control in their lives, developing citizenship and maintaining relationships with family and friends.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated in accordance with regulations. Additionally, you will maintain awareness of current developments within relevant professions and commit to ongoing professional development.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a degree in another relevant Allied Healthcare discipline is essential. A minimum of three years experience in a management or supervisory role in the Health or Social Care sector is also required.
