Senior Structural Design Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled structural engineer to join our innovative engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior design engineer with reinforced concrete and facade design experience to lead complex projects across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, with experience in leading and coordinating structural design deliverables on projects. They will also be proficient in BIM systems, MS Office, and project management tools, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating structural design deliverables on projects
  • Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design solutions for precast facade systems
  • Liaising and coordinating with external design team members
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings
  • Driving process improvement and contributing to continuous innovation

The successful candidate will have a degree in civil or structural engineering, a chartered structural engineer designation, and 10+ years' post-graduate experience. They will also have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction practices and structural design principles.
