Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to join our established team in Dublin. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the health and safety of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of subcontractors and project teams, providing recommendations for improvement to management as necessary.
  • Oversee the work of EHS Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Play a key role in the collection and management of Health & Safety documentation, working closely with the team to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Ensure all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and obligations regarding health and safety.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of health dangers and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain high standards of HSE across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience preferred, with a strong background in health and safety management.
