Job DescriptionThis role involves conducting technical assessments, preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are achieved. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities- Report on project progress, risks, and issues to the project manager.
- Liaise with suppliers and specialist contractors to ensure equipment commissioning.
- Develop and review mechanical designs with the project team.
- Design reviews and validation of equipment and systems.
- Complete technical submittals, equipment registers, and trackers.
- Review quality on site to ensure compliance with the project team.
- Mechanical Engineering/Building Services Degree essential.
- HVAC experience is important.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building services preferable.
- Experience in Revit/Navisworks advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
