We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our Planning team. This role will involve contributing to the growth of the Planning business while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary professionals.

This position provides the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects in renewable energy infrastructure, urban development, and waste sectors. Responsibilities will include the preparation and submission of planning applications as well as delivering strategic planning advice and guidance on consenting processes and strategies.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications, developing reports, feasibility assessments, masterplans, and strategic planning documents across a diverse range of projects.
  • Engaging with clients from both public and private sectors.
  • Contributing actively to the delivery of various environmental projects.
  • Leading or coordinating multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborating effectively within teams to support project execution and completion.
">Requirements">
  • Degree and/or Masters in Town Planning.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience.
  • Extensive town planning experience and expert knowledge of planning and environmental legislation.
  • Corporate/Chartered membership of IPI/RTPI.
  • Experience preparing and submitting planning applications, drafting reports, feasibility studies, masterplans, and planning strategies for various projects.
  • Experience working with multiple client bodies including private sector and public sector.
  • Previous experience in delivering varied environmental projects.
  • Experience overseeing or project managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience team working to support project delivery.
