Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Urban Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our cities and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement urban planning strategies that promote sustainable growth and development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and private sector organizations, to achieve shared goals.
  • Analyze data and research trends to inform planning decisions and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other materials to support planning initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in urban planning, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including geographic information systems (GIS) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
