General Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing/engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Engineering/Quality, Procurement and Administration functions
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer expectations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with HR in relation to training and hiring
  • Work closely with sales/account management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and focus on improving financial performance
  • Uphold health and safety standards within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong management experience in Manufacturing/Engineering
  • Machining/Fabrication knowledge is essential
  • Leadership skills

  • Able to build rapport with customers
