Role Overview:
This position is an exciting opportunity to work within our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) department, which plays a pivotal role in driving innovation.
We are seeking an experienced Senior RME Technician to join our team, who can effectively adopt and implement the latest technologies to maintain high standards.
- Demonstrate best practice on equipment usage and monitor teams to ensure adherence to correct processes.
- Track equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks, scheduling additional servicing when necessary.
- Supervise technicians on shift to support their professional growth and act as the primary point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
- Solve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime for operations, enabling them to process packages efficiently.
- Contribute to identifying ways to continually enhance systems and standardize processes across the EU network.
A Typical Day:
Each shift will involve leading a team to guarantee that everyone has the necessary equipment and that it operates properly. This entails monitoring processes to ensure regulations and policies are followed and conducting preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime.
You will propose improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive, then implement those improvements across an EU-wide function. Additionally, you will monitor processes using tools like Scada to verify their performance, as well as collaborate closely with your line manager to assist with administrative tasks.
