
Administrative Support Specialist

A fast-paced Administrative role is available within a Supply Chain and Manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include developing administrative processes, setting up vendors, creating reports, and coordinating audits.
- Develop key department administration processes and review best practices by building a cross-functional network across the site.
- Set-up vendors on internal purchasing systems and raise purchase orders as needed.
- Create and circulate daily/monthly reports.
- Upload documentation onto quality management systems and maintain document control.
- Generate schedules of audits and coordinate audit findings.
- Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, travel bookings, and charity initiatives.
This role requires an experienced administrative professional comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Key qualifications include knowledge of SAP and COUPA systems, high-level computer skills, and strong influencing and analytical skills.
