Software Engineer Position

SiriusXM is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our CV Solution Engineering team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software to ensure that software programs work as intended.

This position involves working with a highly collaborative group of engineers in an Agile organization to build performant solutions that continue to scale to the increasing demands of the business.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
  • 5+ years of native Android development experience using Kotlin and Java or Flutter.
  • Expert knowledge of developing, testing, and debugging mobile applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Jetpack libraries including Compose and building responsive interfaces.
  • Familiarity with emerging Android development trends and design patterns.
  • Experience in the Mobile app SDK implementation, Push notifications (FCM), Security and release process.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge of developing, testing, and debugging mobile applications.
  • Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Jetpack libraries including Compose.
  • Familiarity with emerging Android development trends and design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of integrating the apps with Analytics - Firebase, Google or Adobe.
