Chief Data Architect

We are looking for a Chief Data Architect to lead our data strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that meet the needs of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science, with expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, and data visualisation. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to meet business needs
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design, code, test, document, and maintain high-quality and scalable Big Data solutions
  • Provide insights and guidance into actionable analytic findings through clear, succinct written and oral summaries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (data science, analytics, mathematics, economics, business, statistics, engineering, or finance) or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience working within technical and business professionals in a matrix management environment
  • Proven track record of leading analytics projects requiring experience with statistical models
  • Expert level of proficiency in SQL, and at least one scripting language such as SAS, R, or Python
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Data Visualisation / Dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI)
