Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to elevate our F&B operations.

  • Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service across all areas.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive work culture.
  • Oversee departmental performance metrics, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, labor costs, and P&L reports to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain consistent standards of service and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure menu quality and consistency.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar F&B management role within a 4-star hotel or equivalent environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rotas, and stock efficiently.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for service and team development.
