We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead DevOps initiatives and drive automation across our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom nCino solutions on the Salesforce Lightning platform, leveraging expertise in Apex, LWC, and Aura frameworks.
  • Create and maintain efficient Apex code including classes, triggers, and batch processing jobs, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura-based components, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Establish robust system integrations through REST/SOAP web services and Salesforce Connect, facilitating data exchange and real-time updates.
  • Utilize Visual Studio Code with Salesforce extensions for code development and deployment, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Configure nCino Bank Operating System through Flows, Process Builder, and custom validation logic, streamlining business processes and reducing errors.
  • Execute data migration projects using Data Loader and extract-transform-load (ETL) solutions, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and enhance performance across Apex code, SOQL queries, and Lightning components, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and system administrators to convert business requirements into technical solutions, fostering effective communication and project success.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years developing on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Apex, LWC, and Aura frameworks.
  • Practical experience in nCino platform development and system configuration, with a solid understanding of its features and limitations.
  • Background in deploying and supporting managed packages within Salesforce environments, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Advanced proficiency with Visual Studio Code and Salesforce development extensions, enabling efficient code development and deployment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SOQL, SOSL query languages, and Salesforce Governor Limits, ensuring optimal database performance and security.
  • Demonstrated experience with RESTful web services, JSON data formats, and third-party integrations, facilitating seamless data exchange and integration.
  • Solid grasp of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules, ensuring secure data access and protection.
  • Working knowledge of continuous integration/deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, or Copado, enabling streamlined development and deployment workflows.
  • Experience working within Scrum/Agile development frameworks, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and iterative improvement.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification strongly preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to Salesforce development.
  • nCino Developer or Administrator Certification considered an advantage, highlighting advanced skills and knowledge in nCino platform development.
