Our organization provides residential and supported living services to individuals with complex support needs. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support people with their daily plans, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments.
  • Assist individuals in achieving their personal outcomes, such as education and skills development.
  • Work alongside a dynamic team to provide high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and service users.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
  • Be available for shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Requirements
  • Assistant Support Worker - No formal qualifications required (all necessary training provided)
  • Social Care Worker - Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence
