As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing direct care, supporting emotional and developmental needs, and helping to implement individual care plans and placement plans.

\Key Responsibilities:\- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, psychological, social, and emotional needs are met.\
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, facilitating family time and promoting holistic well-being.\
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement individual care plans and placement plans effectively, responding to risks and advocating for the child's needs.\
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, fostering collaborative working relationships with external professionals and agencies.\
- Engage in ongoing professional development, maintaining effective self-care practices and encouraging the same among colleagues.\
- Support the Centre during inspections and audits, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.
Required criteria: A degree in Applied Social Care Work (level 7/8) or equivalent.
\Desired criteria: A full clean driving licence.
