Site Lead Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a reputable construction firm and play a pivotal role in the successful completion of large-scale projects from inception to delivery.

As Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and safely. This includes maintaining accurate site records and coordinating workforce levels with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all on-site construction activities
  • Maintenance of up-to-date site documentation
  • Collaboration with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery
  • Implementation and supervision of Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems
  • Coordination of material requisitions and management of deliveries
  • Leadership and participation in site meetings
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site leadership
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related trade background
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects from start to finish
