Financial Reporting Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our finance reporting team and play a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, producing annual financial statements, preparing and reviewing regulatory reports, and providing financial information and analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality financial reporting that meets the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce annual financial statements for the organisation and related entities.
  • Prepare and review regulatory reports for external bodies.
  • Provide financial information and analysis to support decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong internal controls over reporting processes.
  • Lead and support team members, ensuring ongoing development and performance management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 6 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
  • Experience in managing and developing people.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
