Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and managing project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and control.
  • Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
  • Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal material costs.
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, along with at least 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying position. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a flexible approach to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
