Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing material and subcontractor procurement, valuation of works, and financial reporting. They will also assist in the preparation of pre-measured budget costs and measurement for final accounts, while liaising with clients and consultants on an ongoing basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of projects, from commercial to residential, and develop their skills in contract management.
