
Ophthalmic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and support in the Ophthalmology Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with various ophthalmic conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, conducting thorough assessments and documenting patient information accurately, and participating in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care to patients with various ophthalmic conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience in Ophthalmology is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 8 hours to 12 hours per day.
