The primary function of this role is to deliver excellent and efficient customer service, driving increased sales and business retention.
Key Responsibilities- Providing a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring their experience meets the required level and aligns with our customer care ethos.
- Achieving targets for new business and retention through effective selling and retention skills.
- Executing policy amendments efficiently, ensuring our service provision meets customer expectations.
