Job Opportunity:

This is a permanent role offering 39 hours per week.

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to create and maintain an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the visual identity, driving routines, selling, and supporting the team to deliver a customer-centric experience.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the store to achieve a customer-first approach through creating a visual identity in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Supporting, coaching, and developing the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
  • Ensuring safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
  • Focusing on store KPIs and initiating actions to reach business targets and goals.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in visual merchandising and management.
  • A passion for profitability and people development.

The successful candidate will be available to work 7 days a week, fully flexible, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
