Area Visual Merchandiser - Smiggle UK - Dublin & Northern Ireland - Mat Cover

Area Visual Merchandiser - Smiggle UK - Dublin & Northern Ireland - Mat Cover role at Smiggle UK & ROI. This maternity cover position supports our stores across Northern Ireland and ROI. Based in Dublin, the role involves 3 to 5 days per week with regular travel to NI and ROI. Ready to lead, inspire and ignite creativity?


We now have an opportunity for a talented and passionate Area Visual Merchandiser to support our stores across Northern Ireland and ROI. The role covers three stores in NI and seven stores in ROI. Location coverage includes Belfast, Newry, Londonderry, Blanchardstown, Cork (Mahon Point and Winthrop Street), Limerick, Dundrum, Swords and Ilac. The ideal candidate must be based in Dublin.



Responsibilities
  • Set up VM briefs (brief changes)
  • Ensure Managers are trained and coached to achieve desired merchandising standards
  • Provide feedback to Store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved
  • Report on store brief execution and standards
  • Provide feedback to Regional Managers regarding housekeeping and/or relevant merchandising/stock issues
  • Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximise sales opportunities
  • Regular monthly travel across NI and ROI including all the above locations
  • 3 to 5 days per week across Monday to Friday; weekend support may be required to meet the needs of the business
