About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Compliance Assurance Testing Analyst to join our team.
This role will involve executing monitoring tasks in line with our Compliance Monitoring Plan, preparing output reports detailing observations, findings, and recommendations for review by Senior Manager.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience related to regulatory compliance testing/monitoring, knowledge of EU regulations and key regulatory developments would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- ">
- Execute monitoring tasks in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan">
- Prepare output reports detailing observations, findings, and recommendations for review by Senior Manager">
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to the Director of Compliance">
- Assist the Senior Manager in review and updating of compliance policies and procedures">
- Delivery of compliance training program">
- Application of analytical skills to review information and determine potential weaknesses or exceptions to policies and regulatory requirements">
Requirements
- ">
- Proven experience related to regulatory compliance testing/monitoring">
- Knowledge of EU regulations and key regulatory developments would be an advantage">
- Highly motivated individual who has a proven record of using initiative to resolve problems">
- Analytical ability to identify and understand problems as well as to provide effective solutions">
- Excellent written and oral communication skills">
- Attention to detail">
- A minimum of 1 year related compliance experience">
- LCOI or other certifications are a plus">
- MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, AND POWERPOINT SKILLS ESSENTIAL">
- A team player and effective communicator to ensure that issues are appropriately resolved">
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple competing deadlines">
- Positive, innovative attitude and the ability to take on new assignments and projects with an open mind">
