Job Role

This role is a key contributor to the growth and success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandising required products, adhering to journey plans, and ensuring that all merchandising guidelines are being followed.

Key responsibilities include recording merchandising activity, auditing brands and competitor activity, and providing feedback in a timely manner.

Other responsibilities include maintaining and growing planogram space, ensuring correct SEL placement on products, and capturing before and after photographs on a hand-held device.

Strong relationships with store managers, NSMs, and other stakeholders are essential to the success of this role.

  • Merchandise required products on to shelves and ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to.
  • Record merchandising activity completed, audit our brands and competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and grow planogram space where possible;
  • Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
  • Capture before and after photographs on a hand-held device
Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Full driving licence is essential
  • Merchandising background is desirable but not required
  • Computer Literate - ability to send photos via email and fill in and send reports/audits as required
