The role of a Merchandise Executive involves working collaboratively with a team to deliver high visibility for retail clients.

Key responsibilities include product rotation, planogram adherence, and identifying opportunities in-store to enhance display presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Follow daily work schedules provided by supervisors.
  2. Maintain merchandising standards with emphasis on planogram compliance and maximizing promotional space.
  3. Record sales data, merchandiser requirements, competitor activity, and provide feedback promptly.
  4. E nsure accurate stock rotation and maintain records of perishable stock.
  5. Expand planogram space where possible.
  6. Verify correct point-of-sale displays for all products.
  7. Merchandise end-cap displays and ensure accurate pricing.
  8. Document before and after images using a mobile device.
  9. Coordinate with store managers prior to departure to confirm satisfaction.
  10. Communicate with tactical schedulers before and after each visit.
  11. Build strong relationships with store managers and other stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  12. Develop innovative ideas and improve working methods.
  13. Support product launches and promotions across serviced brands.
  14. Maintain high standards of performance for customers.
  15. Work efficiently to complete tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified driver's license
  • Familiarity with technology systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
