We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee product development projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating new research and development led projects, including new product introduction in the manufacturing plant.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams. A degree in Science (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology) is required, along with relevant pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
- Oversee product development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate new R&D led projects, including new product introduction in the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Analytical thinking using established tools for trouble shooting and investigation management.
- Master's degree in Science (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology).
- Strong relevant Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally as this role requires interaction with different functions within the plant.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner.
