**Job Title:** Senior Associate

Job Overview

This role involves managing various aspects of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and delivering strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT staff and collaborating with senior management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide local support for IT infrastructure in the Dublin office and other EMEA sites.
  • Develop and execute infrastructure projects, representing EMEA on global initiatives.
  • Offer high-quality support to EMEA executives and clients.
  • Maintain and enhance the technology environment aligning with the company's vision.
  • Build relationships with key suppliers, business partners, and peers within the organization.
  • Oversee the Audio Visual meeting room environment.
  • Manage stock levels and lifecycle of EUC hardware.
  • Liaise with senior management on issues impacting the EMEA business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to direct a team of IT staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with EUC hardware and Audio Visual systems.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
