Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled transfer pricing specialist to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to develop compliant, tax-efficient structures that advance their business goals.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business models, value chains, and intercompany transactions to develop effective transfer pricing strategies.
  • Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modelling to determine appropriate transfer pricing strategies aligning with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Assist clients in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports to comply with local and international regulations.
  • Offer guidance and advice on transfer pricing matters, such as restructuring, intellectual property valuation, intercompany agreements, and more.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and team members' work.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.
  • At least 4 years' transfer pricing experience in a consulting environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines.
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing of financial transactions is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using relevant tools and software for economic analysis and financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to lead a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, often with changing client needs and deadlines.
