Role Overview

The Transfer Pricing Specialist develops compliant, tax-efficient structures that advance business goals. This involves collaborating with clients to understand their business models and value chains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective transfer pricing strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modeling to determine appropriate transfer pricing strategies.
  • Assist clients in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports.
  • Offer guidance on transfer pricing matters, such as restructuring and intercompany agreements.
Required Skills:
  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.
  • At least 4 years' transfer pricing experience in a consulting environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines.
Expertise Areas:
  • Transfer pricing of financial transactions is an added advantage.
