Strategic Transfer Pricing Leader

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our transfer pricing team as a strategic leader. This key role will assist clients in designing compliant, tax-efficient structures that support their business objectives.

About You:

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law
  • 4+ years transfer pricing experience
  • Strong technical expertise in international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside being adaptable to working in fast-paced environments

About the Role:

As a strategic transfer pricing leader, you will apply knowledge of complex transfer pricing concepts to support clients and understand their business models, value chains and develop tailored transfer pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform economic analyses, benchmarking studies and financial modelling to develop transfer pricing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and support business objectives
  2. Support clients in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
  3. Provide expert guidance and advice on transfer pricing matters, including restructuring, intellectual property valuation and intercompany agreements
  4. Manage multiple engagement and projects, ensuring timeliness of high-quality deliverables and reviewing team members work while maintaining exceptional client service
  5. Mentor members of the transfer pricing teams through training and knowledge sharing
