Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing Transfer Pricing structures and overseeing Transfer Pricing disputes in multiple territories. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Transfer Pricing issues, and exceptional project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement Transfer Pricing structures
  • Oversee Transfer Pricing disputes in multiple territories
  • Lead major global client relationships
  • Manage and assist in the development of strategy design and implementation
  • Review and design of Transfer Pricing policies
  • Assist in APAs (Advanced Pricing Agreements), value intangible assets, and provide a defence of transfer pricing in audits where appropriate
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have 8+ years' Transfer Pricing experience with exposure to advisory work. Ideally, you are currently operating as a Transfer Pricing or International Tax Senior Manager within a professional services firm. You should possess technical expertise in Transfer Pricing issues and strong project management skills. Additionally, you should be able to manage and develop staff effectively.
