Corporate Finance Senior Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Senior Consultant to join our team. As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic advice and guidance to our clients, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and planning.

  • Lead complex financial workstreams, guiding clients through strategic challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Simplify and translate complex corporate finance concepts and analyses into clear recommendations for senior management.
  • Analyze and evaluate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to inform business decisions.
  • Built robust financial models and apply valuation techniques to identify key performance drivers and support decision-making.
  • Evaluate core financial statements and drive short-term cash flow planning and operational efficiency assessments.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is:

  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to mentor and develop junior talent to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Possesses strong project and client management skills, with the ability to drive complex workstreams and help clients assess challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
