Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales within your store. Your primary focus will be on understanding customers' needs and matching them with our products and services.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Proactively sell Three's products and services to customers in an approachable and personable manner
  • Conduct regular stock replenishments, re-organize displays, and maintain the cleanliness and positive reputation of the store

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer-service based role
  • Flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Keen interest in technology and a desire to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work towards individual and team goals
  • Self-motivated, patient, and personable individual
  • Strong attention to detail and good negotiating skills
