Advanced Child Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Grade Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team in West Limerick Children Services, Newcastle West.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with other professionals to provide holistic care and support to children/young persons with complex needs arising from a disability.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering psychological services to children/young persons with complex needs arising from a disability.
- Working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
Candidates must meet the Department of Health & Children and PSI guidelines for appointment. A minimum of an honours degree in psychology, along with the appropriate postgraduate professional qualification recognised by the PSI, is essential.
Applicants who qualified outside the Republic of Ireland must have their qualifications validated by the PSI.
