We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payments Analyst, to join our team in a fixed term contract position. The role is based in Kilkenny or Citywest, Dublin 24, with hybrid working arrangements available.

About the Role
  • This senior level position will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly consolidated P&Ls and balance sheets, as well as maintaining financial ledgers and accounting processes.
  • You will also serve as the primary liaison between our team and external partners, overseeing the delivery of key projects and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • In addition, you will coordinate and manage stakeholders, contributors, and audits, while promoting a rigorous control environment and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and review of monthly consolidated P&Ls and balance sheets.
  2. Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes.
  3. Liaison with external partners and stakeholders.
  4. Project management of key business processes.
  5. Coordinating and managing stakeholders, contributors, and audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Two years related experience and/or training.
  • Prior experience with SAP ERP system required.
  • Ability to map and create process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
  • Strong compliance oriented mindset.
