Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Our organization is seeking an accomplished project leader to oversee complex infrastructure projects in the water sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of design professionals, project coordinators, sub-contractors, and support staff.
  • Oversee contracts from inception to operational handover, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Play a pivotal role in managing contracts to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will also possess skills in:

  • Project management, project control, engineering management, and construction coordination.
  • Effective management and liaison with internal and external design teams in a multi-disciplinary environment, providing commercial and technical guidance.
  • Proactive resolution of performance, scope, cost, and schedule issues.
  • Comprehensive programme planning and scheduling of project deliverables and development of resource-loaded schedules for design and contract administration services.
  • Consistent delivery on each project to achieve objectives for project financial performance, quality control, risk management, and profitability.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, including site supervision and design expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater design and operational processes.
