Infrastructure Construction Specialist

As a key member of our construction team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across various sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
