  2. Manage document workflow, tracking progress and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Collaborate with translators, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of translation activity.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in translation or language services coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Experience with translation management software an asset.
