Key Responsibilities:- Provide Person-Centred Support: Develop and implement individualised support plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Caregiving and Support: Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Communication and Teamwork: Foster effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintenance and Organisation: Ensure the upkeep of residential facilities, manage household resources, and maintain accurate records.
- Qualifications: Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
- Experience: Possess at least one year of experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
