**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Ai Annotator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Annotate data accurately and consistently, following predefined annotation guidelines.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent classification and content creation.
  • Perform basic research to annotate accurately.
  • Provide feedback on the annotation tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced environments, is client-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated. They must possess a strong aptitude for working with data, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and flexibility.

Essential Competencies:

  • High Proficiency in Romanian & English – C1 Level minimum.
  • Educational background: undergraduate university degree.
  • Understanding common social norms.
