Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI Specialist to unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence across our organization.

The ideal candidate will design, develop and implement AI solutions that integrate text, image, voice and video data.

The AI specialist will experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

  • Develop and prototype multimodal AI systems integrating text, image, voice and video data.
  • Implement agentic AI systems using various tools and APIs.
  • Design and implement architectures to enhance system capabilities.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing environments and workflows for seamless operation and performance optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.

Conduct research on the latest AI developments and apply them to improve our systems.

Document processes, code, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills
  • Software engineering background, ideally in backend or ML development and system integration.
  • Proven hands-on experience (3+ years) using Gen AI/LLM technologies in production.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, PHP etc.
  • Strong background in AI/ML and data science including large-scale pipelines and frameworks like PyTorch TensorFlow LangChain scikit-learn.

Demonstrated expertise in implementing and integrating AI solutions into existing environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
