**Job Description**
As a Business Transformation Professional, you will be involved in advisory engagements where you will construct business models, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and develop business process models. You will work with business users to capture and document business processes using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
**Responsibilities**
* Engage with business users to agree on the scope of engagement
* Interview product owners to understand current business processes and then develop customer-driven to-be processes
* Support the business by documenting process models and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Map customer experiences using tools like personas, customer journeys etc.
* Gather and analyze statistical data from business areas to support business cases for change
* Research and analyze best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys
* Support the business in planning and designing digital strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty
* Bring industry experience and thought leadership to advise on trends, future operating models, and best-in-class journeys
* Develop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace that our stakeholders are operating in
* Employ process modeling techniques to capture requirements and work hand-in-hand with Product Owners and Development teams to deliver process improvements
* Work with multiple Product Owners to write and develop clear, non-implementation-specific epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Support and contribute to the metrics-driven culture within our function
**Experience and Skills Required**
* Background in financial services advisory / management consultancy / change management
* Proven ability to quickly understand business strategy and objectives
* Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate clearly, conduct requirements workshops, drive decision-making
* Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, requirement elicitation through workshops
* Manage projects from inception through design to delivery
* Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs
* Communication, group dynamics, collaboration, and continuous improvement are core – being best practice driven.
* 2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution or equivalent experience; Masters a plus
