We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our customers achieve their business goals and maximize their investment in our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of customer outcomes engagement to understand each customer's needs and challenges
  • Ensuring customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product
  • Identifying criteria for assisting customers using Artificial Intelligence in the Impact Digital Experience
  • Promoting ServiceNow customer success stories and processes
  • Ensuring customers obtain maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and use their licenses
  • Collaborating with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increased footprint
  • Resolving escalated client issues quickly using resources across the company ecosystem
Requirements
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis
  • Experience working collaboratively
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus
