Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-quality machine learning models and be proficient in traditional ML, LLM, and Generative AI. They will also possess strong data wrangling skills, including cleaning data and building data pipelines from which to implement model monitoring dashboards and machine learning models.
The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities utilizing big data from many different sources and use data visualization techniques and storytelling skills to convey research results in a meaningful manner with recommendations backed by data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy machine learning models to protect the digital lives of customers.
- Apply statistical and machine learning knowledge aimed at identifying opportunities to improve upon existing protection capabilities using supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques.
- Clean and preprocess large datasets for analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- 5-7 years of experience building high-quality machine learning models.
- Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and classification is key requirement.
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or other quantitative field.
- Extensive experience with Python, PySpark, R, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Databricks.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in collaboration with an international team.
- Strong problem-solving skills that can be applied toward data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, data visualization, model development, model measurement, model deployment, and model monitoring.
