Key to success in this role is developing and implementing strategic communications initiatives that drive results. We are seeking a seasoned Communications Specialist to collaborate with our marketing team to elevate our firm's profile through impactful PR and communications.

The Role:
  • Develop external communications strategies to meet goals within set objectives, working closely with senior team members to prepare PR and communications plans.
  • Liaise with the global PR team on key messages for EMEA offices, ensuring consistency across regions.
  • Monitor PR activity and adjust targets as necessary to optimize performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other platforms, staying informed about client issues and services.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required to support the team's objectives.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in Marketing/Business Development roles, preferably in professional services environments.
  • BA in PR, Comms, Marketing, or Business preferred, with strong relationship management skills and ability to understand internal stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective liaison and collaboration, prioritizing workloads and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and strong MS Office skills.
