Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior EHS Professional to lead our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team.

This is a senior-level role requiring significant expertise in managing complex projects, driving key initiatives, and ensuring compliance within the EHS domain.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to ensure compliance with local legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Evaluate EHS systems, programs, and procedures for compliance and improvement by reviewing, auditing, and conducting inspections.
  • Manage day-to-day EHS queries, technical support, and safety issues related to machines, plants, or processes.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to achieve and establish compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or Science.
  • 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing facility - preferably in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of success in the EHS sector.
  • Strong ability to influence others across departments and at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to innovate and drive compliance-minded initiatives.
