Automation Expert Role

  • We're looking for an accomplished Senior Automation Specialist to lead our test automation team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promote best-practice test automation principles as a subject matter expert.
  2. Create, expand, and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks for APIs, microservices, and web applications.
  3. Drive the adoption of AI-based automation techniques.
  4. Mentor and support automation engineers across teams.
  5. Analyze test failures, troubleshoot, and enhance frameworks.
  6. Integrate with dashboards and CI/CD pipelines for clear test visibility.

Essential Skills:

We require 7+ years of experience in test automation. Strong background in API and web automation is essential. Proficiency in tools like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, or JMeter is required. Skilled in at least one programming/scripting language (C#, .NET, Python, C++). Experience with continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines is necessary. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills are expected.

Deseirable Skills:

Ai driven automation, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), test management tools (e.g TestRail) and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) would be beneficial. Performance testing and UI automation frameworks are also advantageous. Knowledge of networking, mobile, or Angular testing is desirable. Agile/Kanban delivery and ISTQB certification is preferred.
