Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Expert to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, programming, and integrating automated systems, as well as managing cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • To design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions that drive business growth and excellence.
  • To manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • To develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and procedures.
  • To conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and reliable operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of Siemens S7 PLCs, including functional safety design and programming in CFC, SCL, and F Systems Charts.
  • Proficient in RS232/RS485/RS422 serial links and electrical relay control circuits.
  • Experience in leading small to mid-sized automation projects from concept through validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
